Mr. Bartlett worked with Mr. Doug Dickinson, Architect, on this office building/house in the Indianapolis/Broad Ripple area. Mr. Bartlett, in addition to providing design advice, was primarily involved with the project's civil/site design and in attaining necessary historic neighborhood research and variance application work. An interesting point about the building is, while an all-new building, it's intent was to blend into the cottage/bungalow architecture of the area. Artists have actually set-up outside the building to paint it "as a beautiful example of restoration"!
