Mr. Bartlett served as the interim project manager of this complex
project (while the assigned project manager was on leave). The project
involved design of a unique, 200,000-sft drug manufacturing,
warehousing, and office area expansion to a Lilly Manufacturing plant.
Mr. Bartlett was the single point of contact and service to the Lilly
project director of the assigned drug/device(s) production. He was
responsible for coordination of communications with affected Lilly
departments (security, etc.) and their service contracts, including a
commissioning agent. His responsibilities included management of the
architectural project team through construction documents, bidding, and
initial construction, as well as close coordination of the design team
(architectural, structural, MEP, site/civil) through operation and
maintenance of a strict deliverables schedule.
