This $550,000 project involved a thorough and complete revitalization of a local bank in eastern Indiana. Mr. Bartlett was in charge of designing an addition to double the bank’s size from 2,800 sft to 5,400 sft with remodel of the existing 1950s building into favor with the predominant early 1900 character of the county seat’s city square. Mr. Bartlett performed all aspects of design for the project from existing conditions verifications through design charrettes, schematic design and design development deliverables, construction document production, bidding phase, negotiations, and standard construction administration. Mr. Bartlett received an additional services contract to perform detailed construction administration services, as the bank board wished to continue his high level of involvement.
