Mr. Bartlett was one of a few Project Architects
involved with the ambitious project to stitch 4 separate structures together
into a cohesive and singular building. The project was designed by Cripe
& O'Donnell Architects. Mr. Bartlett was involved primarily with the
renovation work for the easternmost structures (circa 1968 classroom and
performing arts buildings) which included a black-box theatre design and the
reconstruction of an historic classroom that had been salvaged from the old
school building many years earlier.
Phi Kappa Psi, Wabash College - Crawfordsville, Indiana

22,000 SF, addition/renovation of fraternity, $1.8 million, addition of
front entry porches and lobby/vestibule; renovation includes new fire
sprinklers, air conditioning with all new, expanded kitchen; new
study/computer rooms; new dorm rooms and complete interior finishes
throughout the building.

Emmerich Manual High School
Renovation of 250,000 existing SF within a 360,000 SF building, $26
million, addition/renovation for 1,400 students in grades 9-12,
includes new building entrance, complete HVAC replacement, all new
windows, new finishes in classrooms, cafeteria, administrative areas,
media center and new science labs, completed 2006.
Eleanor Skillen Elementary School #34

80,000 SF new elementary school building to replace an original
neighborhood icon, 28 K-5 classrooms, in addition to a full-size gym,
cafeteria, media center, art and music rooms, as well as administrative
offices, completed in 2005.
