Mr. Bartlett provided complete design services for a 5,000-sft, full-service, on-site day care in conjunction with Crossroads within the Center Township Gov. Center. Mr. Bartlett performed all aspects of design for the project from existing conditions verifications through design charrettes, schematic design and design development deliverables, construction document production, bidding phase, negotiations, and standard construction administration.
