Mr. Bartlett was the project manager for the Master Plan for 265 acres of vacated Army base known as Fort Benjamin Harrison. As design team’s single point of contact in service to the Reuse Authority, he managed the project team and provided close coordination of the design team (architecture, planning, historic architecture, zoning counsel, survey/site/civil, financial consultant, signage design, etc.) through operation and maintenance of a finite deliverables format and deadlines for base re-use.
