Project for Capital Replacements Audit; comprehensive audit of all ISOBC infrastructure assets at SOB site. Work included calculated take-offs of all built systems in the associated structures and their respective replacement forecasts in time and budget. Deliverable was a detailed report.

Mr. Bartlett produced a master growth projections report for a high profile, U.S. based, international corporation. Tasks included performing an audit of the corporate office space within 9 facilities in the Midwest and to analyze growth projections of those same areas over 4 years. The report outlined specific areas where growth could incorporate into current available areas as well as necessary plans for expansions.
